Honey brown in color with a steely malt aroma. Pours medium nectar weight with medium froth and ample residual effers. Flavors are just a tad darker than pale lagers with a slight biscuity character. No detectable skunkiness. Finishes crisp with a dessicated caramel note. Overall; a tasty brew indeed.

16.9-oz. bottle. Pours a clear and bubbly mahagony, bubbles settle out to a medium frothy tan head, mostly diminishing to a rocky film, some spotty lacing. Aroma is caramel malt (cookie), cardboard and toffee, yeast (dark bread) and potatoes. Moderate sweetness, caramel malt, creamy-smooth body and finish is slightly acidic. Medium bodied and creamy to fizzy palate.

Pours dark amber with a light tan head. Rich malt aroma that matches the heavy malt flavor. The finish is lingering and sweet. For the very cheap price, its not a bad deal.

From a 16.9 oz. euro brown bottle with a gold foil wrapped neck and a short blurb about the dark lager and best before date on the back label. Made a good appearance, poured a cloudy reddish, caramel brown with a foamy, bubbly beige head that settled into a bubbly thin lacing, good carbonation, Had a caramel and fruity nose with a little buttery, honey yeastiness and whiffs of a distracting alcohol solvent-like aroma. A slick, smooth light-ish medium bodied mouth feel, above average drinkability. Dark ripe fruity and caramel malty taste upfront, some metallic maltiness as well, a honey yeastiness, a spicy bitterness in the middle, a sweet graininess showing up towards the end and a dry ripe fruity and malty finish. Not a bad Euro Dark Lager, not a great either, but quaffable at a affordable price.

There is a caramel and toffee aroma. The color is a reddish brown with a tan head. A very sweet palate is detected with the flavors of caramel coming through on the finish.
