Thin red over pale copper color. The aroma is of malt, but it was very faint and ephemeral. Taste is more dry than it is bitter; there is some taste of the malt, but both that taste and the mouthfeel are thin. No head retention despite active carbonation.

Bottle. Pours brownish-red with a large off-white head that diminished quickly. Aroma is sweet and lagery. Flavor is cloyingly sweet, molasses and brown sugar with a slight hop bite. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Brown with small head. Dominated by a malt- and sugar-sweetness. Low bitterness. Drinkable.

Pours an average clear, yellowish color. Small white head. Thin flavor, some hoppiness and strong alcohol taste. Lots of legs. Drinkable, but not one of my favorites.

Sparkling clear, copper lager with a mid-sized, frothy, khaki-colored head. OK lacing. The aroma is of honey, toffee and dark bread. Malty, sweet flavor. Light maple syrup, pistachio, light molasses, sweat and clover honey. Decently bittered. Medium to full-bodied with a heavy, oily mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lengthy, sweet, lightly chocolatey finish. Better than expected!

A dark reddish appearance. Aroma is caramel and grapes. Flavor is fairly light with some sour grapes The aftertaste has a slight bitterness. This tastes more like an Irish Ale than a Dunkel. Overall its not a bad beer.

Rusty brown with a standing head. Sweet apple-like aroma. Very fruity for a darker beer, sugary and woody. Odd.
