Pale yellow to golden colour. Fizzy beer with a big head. Industrial sweetish pale lager aroma, notes of maize, candy and some fruit. The flavour is fairly sweet with some fruitiness, hardly any bitterness at all. Not much to write home about here. obguthr (1061), Poquoson, Virginia, USA

Bought a bottle at an Eastern European market in Piraeus. That was the only available they had at the moment but they will stock again with the other Baltika beer. An average lager, not bad but nothing special. patrick767 (2051), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 20, 2008 bottle - Corn! Okay, so it pours clear gold with a thin white head. It has a mild aroma of pale malt and corn. The flavor is sweet malt and yes, it tastes a bit corny. It’s not as corny as some malt liquors, but it’s definitely there. It has a light body and is a little watery, but at least manages to not be overly fizzy. Very mediocre. heavy (863), Split, Croatia
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Feb 28, 2008 0.5 l transparent bottle brought from Russian shop in Graz. Reminds of those sooo boring pale lagers in such bottles we all know. It poured lighter golden body with medium head. Malty aroma this time, but not really nice as of its cooked green vegetable touch. Flavor quite empty, sweetish malty with again those vegetables inside, definitely not so pleasant as 2 and 3. Finish is however fine and digs out this beer, medium long sweetish with some honey hints. But even then, it’s not worth trying... Doggythedog (1597), Split, Croatia

Clear glass bottle to show off the unimpressive yellow body. Malty nose. Cabbage, A bit herbal? Sweet maltiness, maybe corn, but I’m not sure. Light, sweet but relatively empty taste, some sweetish maltines (corn?), weak weak dryish hop bitterness. Feels industrial, but not the worst we’ve had today. Russo (595), Campinas, Brazil
