| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 8, 2008 This is a nice, smooth, very drinkable Baltic porter. It’s almost black with a medium light brown head that steadily dissipates to a foamy ring and wisps. The roma is very nice, molasses, chocolate, prunes, toast. It’s full but smooth and leaning lightly to the sweet side, faintly winey. The taste is nice, rather as above, mostly spicey with chocolate, molasses, and some fruit. It’s smooth and light despite the full taste and feel. SHIG (2023), Aviano, Italy
