Pretty damn good porter.. although it’s my first Baltic porter so I don’t have much experience with the style. Nice roasted flavor and body. Big brown head. Could drink a few of these..

I thought this was a pretty darn good porter. It had a nice roasty taste. Molasses and coffee. Very thick. A little too sweet. Not all that complex.

Well here ya go - this has got to be the very best 99 cent bottle of Russian beer that I've bought! Black body topped with a generous cocoa head. Great palate - seemed like I was drinking a lightly carbonated chocolate milk mixed with some strong espresso. Also some plum cherry in the taste.

Pours dark. Big tan head, nice lacing. Aroma is pretty straightforward, there’s malt in there and it’s fairly sweet. Flavor is quite nice, a little sweet, but it has some vinous notes and hides it’s alcohol (lower, granted) better than Okocim. Very enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown body with light red tinges around the edge and a fluffy yellow head. The aroma is caramel-esque with chalky tart fruitiness and cookie dough notes. Thick chewy chocolately palate and toasty malts along with some hazelnut. Really I quite enjoyed this- very nice, not over the top, just plain good. It’s also dirt cheap.

Silky smooth mouthfeel with excellent body. Taste is milky sweet with sharp roasted espresso, chocolate bitterness. Coca cola flavors are there as well. For the price, it’s a very good beer

ya know, not all that bad. Had this at the CU beer fest and it was most definately one of the best things being offered. Dark in color with a tan thin head. The nose is soft and malty with a touch of spice. The taste is smoothe and slightly hoppy underneath lots of coffee malts. Good overall,
