| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Feb 9, 2006 Typical pale lager pour...light yellow with frothy head. Light malt sweetness with some off/ tart flavors lurking in the background. Very light floral hopping. Corn notes in the aftertaste. All in all an inoffensive brew. GG (1646), NorCal, California, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Feb 7, 2006 Bought a baby keg of this while shopping at BevMo a few months back and thought SB Sunday would be a perfect time to share this. Took it over to my best buddies house and his dad and I split this as much as we could. Aroma clocked in with notes of yeast, grains and malt. Appearance was the typical piss yellow color with a nice head. Mouthfeel was fairly soft but a bit oily. Flavor was average, albeit clean, with a yeasty, malty combo that really didn’t impress me much. No hop bite to speak of, this lager wasn’t exceptional by any stretch of the imagination but it was drinkable. FROTHINGSLOSH (2025), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jan 24, 2006 Updated: Aug 26, 2007Someone must not have told the Russians that there was no need to ship swill like this to America as we have plenty of swill of our own. Sadly, this did get shipped and more sadly sampled by me. Coming from a 16.9 oz can this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a huge soapy white head. The aroma was faint and lightly sour. The flavor was sour tangy unmentionables with very little body and surprisingly almost no finish whatsoever. At least this beer had the decency to not linger with an awful aftertaste. | 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 9, 2006 Can. Straw color with a small white head. Light grainy aroma. Light body with thin texture. Light sweet flavor with a short finish. Moist air in Cincy has more character. Kinz (2207), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jan 7, 2006 Bottle, brewed 11-25-05, so still quite fresh. Pale yellow, but not too fizzy, OK head. Sweet grain aroma. Very, very litttle flavor, a bit of grain, faint sweetness, touch of corn, and a bit of dust. I think that little flavor may have been a blessing this time. mjg74 (1998), La Mesa, California, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jan 5, 2006 Bottled. Pours a very pale yellow color. Aroma is quite skunked. Flavor is bitter grain and skunky. Skunky metallic aftertaste. Garbage. hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jan 4, 2006 Bottle. White medium sized head that was mostly lasting, various sized bubbles, poor lacing, transparent, carbonated, and a yellow hue. Nose was malty and some corn. Flavor was malty and harsh and just unpleasant. Tingly palate. SDbruboy (1832), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Dec 29, 2005 500 ml green bottle from BevMo. Pours clear and golden with a small white head that diminishes quickly to a thin skin of bubbles. Aroma is of hay, sweet malty notes, floral hops and a bit of skunkiness. Flavor is sweet with a corn and rice cereal grain character, nice floral hop bite and a slight spiciness in the finish. Light body and crisp, assertive carbonation. A little too sweet and adjuncty for me. I think I’ll save the rest of this one for cooking.
