169 oz. mini-keg. Pours a clear golden color with a substantial white head that lasts throughout and leaves excellent lacing on the glass. Sweet grain aroma. Flavor mirrors the aroma with a sweet malty grain-like taste. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Slightly cloying finish.

Basically it’s just a stepped up version of the 5. Same vegetative nose, showing a little caramel, and slight soapy hop note. Flavor is still nothing to write home about. Pretty basic but a much fuller, rounder mouthfeel than it’s little brother.

Bottle with a pull tab. Pours a very pale straw-colored gold color. Weak aroma of hops, and pretty much as your average lager would smell like. Not a whole lot going on flavor-wise; weak maltiness, little hop presence, and pretty thin. A good pick on a hot day, I guess. Thanks Olga!

Bottled, 500ml pull off cap, pasteurised from Tesco in Winchester. Gold, carbonated white head. Very grainy, cheap malt aroma leading to a sweet, malty, thin body, poor and watery. Little to recommend.

Grassy aroma. Very pale amber, large head. Flavour is sweetish and very grainy, no hops I can detect. Light bodied, overcarbonated and watery. Finishes grainy. Too watery for my taste.

330 ml green bottle with pull-off cap, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.4%. Very pale yellow colour, big head. Sweetish fruity and grassy aroma, also notes of candy. Sweet flavour, far too sweet for a pale lager, notes of fruit and candy. Low bitterness. Not my kind of beer.

Bottle. Golden with a small head.Cloying sweetness which wasn’t very pleasant. Very much Euro-fizz but reasonable if you are thirsty and not very fussy.

500ml bottle from Tesco - ABV 5.5% Straw with a ring of white head; light carbonation; light malty aroma; soft and acidic with a sweet malty flavour and some cardboard to finish. Not unpleasant.
