Pours a faded cloudy yellow with a rich snow white head. Smells of sweet yeast, and wheat malt. Very light start with rich malted wheat and pungent straw honey aftertaste, with just enough yeast. Very light body and lingering lace. Nice wheat ale although could have used a little more body (IMO).

A fairly decent hefeweizen. Yeasty aroma with a light, fruity taste. Not bad for something made outside of Bavaria, but not extremely good either.

500 ml bottle. Deep golden yellow with a white fast fading head. Aroma is light sulfurous with a touch of wheat aroma as well. Light lemon citrus hints on the back. The flavour is lightly lemony with a fairly assertive wheaty flavour. Light apricot but not a lot of banana or clove flavour. There is a slightly dirty off-flavour in the back of this brew. Watery palate.

Bottle: has a cloudy orange-yellow gold pour, kind of looks like peach juice, a good white head, sweet fruit and clove fragrances, fragrance of opening a Bazooka Bubble Gum, aroma of the powder on the gum, some faint banana with lemon citrus on the nose, pilsner, wheat and sweet flavors, faint lemon sour citrus and spice pepper on the tongue, this had a good dry finish, medium carbonation and a nice mouth feel.

Bottle. Hazy light pastel yellow body wit a creamy white head. (3+) Wheaty aroma, light sweet pale malt and notes of yeast. (7+) Tart wheaty flavour with light bitterness and yeast character. Average palate. Very simple, straightforward hefe, but surprisingly tasty and drinkable. 7+/3+/6-7/3/14

Yeast, banana, raisin nose. Hazy, almost clear, golden color, medium white head, minimal lacing. Honey and grain flavor. Strawberry and hop finish.
