Jan 6, 2006 Dark yellow colored, stronlgy hazy appearance. Big white head. Mild spices, banana and yeast in aroma. Medium bodied. Banana, mild alcohol, spices and yeast in flavor, aftertaste lasts with some spices and alcohol. Medium carbonation. Fine refreshing basic Hefeweizen.

Dec 24, 2005 Updated: Dec 27, 2005Bottle. Pours a light golden with minimal head. Not a very pleasent nose, old beer. Tastes like a Bud wheat, beery, light, thin with very microscopic banana notes, but decent lemon flavors. Fair at best.

Dec 12, 2005 Sample at DougShoemaker’s 2005 December gathering - bottle courtesy of Radek. Pale golden colour with a small head. Aroma and flavour are both simple and pleasant, with no big flaws - just an on-style wheat with a refreshing, summery character. I’d probably rate it a bit higher on a warm July afternoon..

Light to medium bodied. Your average Wheat beer, it doesn’t bring anything new to the table but it’s decent enough I guess.

Dec 9, 2005 Doug’s, Christmas 2005 bottle. Hazy medium yellow, big white head. Mild wheat and yeast aroma. Mild wheat taste with hints of lemon and yeast. It didn’t leave much of an impression, but was well done.
