This was a nice Hefe except that it tasted too much like bannanas and nutmeg for me. Characteristic Baltika taste but a different offering in that it is a wheat.

hazy golden with large white head. carbonation is somewhat low for the style. nose of yeasty clove notes. flavor has some yeast components, but an unusual nutty flavor was present and not very enjoyable. mild hop bitterness before a rather dry finish. average example at best

Feint milky yellow color, exuberantly carbonated body, luxuriant shaving cream foam head. Musky clovyness dominates the aroma with traces of wheat in the tailwind. Hints of banana are soon parsed out as well. Full-bodied with a mouth full of well formed phenols. Again, clove is the most prominent, though fresh, ripe banana is there to help crowd out the wheat. Slightly tangy wheat and yeasty finish. This is a very respectable German styled wheat.

Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Light aroma of cloves, banana, yeast, and some wheat. Flavor is similar with a slightly dry finish. Decent but not great.

Dump bottle in glass. Watch massive medium bubble head appear. Watch head disappear. Get mezmorized by a trillion bubbles. Watch beer act like a shaken pop can. Smell sour bananas and yeast. Gaze upon a beautiful hazy straw/yellow hue. Tastes like a decent beer. Oh, wait, now it tastes like nothing. Very bland but crisp. Feel thousands of microscopic forks stab your toungue - what the hell is that? is there dry ice in my drink? Tons of yeast which was ok. Polish glass and open Stout for reality check.

Well I’ll be damned...one of these is actually drinkable!! Rich golden pour nice white head. Aroma is wheat, coriander, bananas, cloves and bubblegum. Flavor follows suit with lots of wheat, fruit, malt, bread and some grainy notes. Not half bad.

Clouded yellow pour with white head. Aroma of cloves and bananas. Crisp tasting- has a lighter sweet aftertaste. Hints of cloves and bananas. Head lasted until the end of the drink. Very good-should be rated higher.
