| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 26, 2006 Bottle. Pale golden color, decent size white head. I was expecting more of a pale ale or lager taste, but this was all alcohol malt liquor taste. Too strong. Doggythedog (1590), Split, Croatia
| 1.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Oct 16, 2006 0.5l can courtesy of ozujsko (thanks!) My first Russian beer. The "Devyatka". How cute. Pale golden colour with a white head. How original. The nose is dust and alcohol. How nice. The taste is alcohol, some bitterness that might be from hops, and, umm. Malt. Yes. How...nah. I’ve ran out of things to say. Almost drainpour material. larsga (2969), Oslo, Norway
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Sep 16, 2006 Huge white head over copper body with ongoing carbonation. Faint sweetish caramelly aroma with buttery notes. Taste is soft, sweet, buttery caramel, but buttery in a good way. Faintly fruity. Soft, fruty aftertaste. Faintly stale. Decent, but nothing special. (0.5l bottle.) bluevegie (2208), Perth, Australia
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 13, 2006 Bottle @ Delirium Cafe, Brussels. 28/05/06. A little sweet as expected but not offensive surprisingly. Alcohol on the aroma, smooth sweet lager taste with a touch of hops late. Was hoping for the porter just wasn’t sure which No it was. unclemattie (2422), Georgia, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Aug 27, 2006 Mom said it best, "It’s sweet!" Too sweet for me. Well that’s where all the alcohol comes from. Yellow in color. Aroma of a barnyard, a clean one though. White fluffy head. Not much to it, just sweet. AND STRONG. shrubber85 (2932), Wallhalben, Germany
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Aug 19, 2006 Updated: Oct 5, 2008Bottle. White pepper, alcohol and barley aroma. Light yellow color with small head. A strong grainy malt and alcohol flavor with a slight hops finish initiallly that crescendos into a strong metallic bitteness. This is closer to crap malt liquor (as it was earlier categorized). scraff (1946), Baltimore, Maryland, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 11, 2006 Clear gold, thin white fizzy head. Nose held notes of corn, grass, and honey, with touches of pepper. Flavor was one in the same, clean, and really just non-offensive. Light to medium bodied, tingly carbonation, peppery corn-like finish. I’ve had much worse. Matter of fact, I would even buy it again just so I can put it in brown bag and drink from the bottle. Give it a whirl on a warm summer night.... BeerBlockaid (538), Jacksonville, Florida, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 6, 2006 This is straight lager laced with an obsceene amount of alchy. I was eating some pringles with this and all I could taste was the alchohol. Its smooth for the most part and not burning. Typical lager with a punch.
