Jan 17, 2006 A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of honey. The flavor is also sweet with notes of honey, but here the honey is mixed with light notes of flowers and rose hips, leading to a dry end. The body is thin.

Feb 27, 2008 1.5l Bottle- Golden/Amber in colour with mild carbonation and a cream white head. Overwhelmingly sweet honey aroma which is a bit off putting. The taste is quite smooth smooth with honey featuring prominently. It is probably not natural honey but the beer is more drinkable than the aroma initially suggested. This bottle size is too big for one though as it just gets too sickly.
