Tasty with Russian cuisine - had around Nashville, Nice. jde123 (715), Washington, Washington DC, USA

While i don’t condone the unnecessary use of plastic containers, I like that it really stands out in a freezer...The taste is really quite interesting! Nice and flat, bland even, though lively enough to resonate with the beer drinker. I like this one!! thornecb (1770), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA

It has OK lacing. It has a sweet aroma, like brown sugar, maple syrup and honey. It’s light bodied and pretty watery. It has a very sweet flavor! There are notes of maple, honey, caramel and sorghum, but not really any hops. Hey, kids would appreciate this! It’s not too bad, actually. I bet it’d make good cooking beer. I got a big plastic 1.5 liter bottle for $1.98! JoeMcPhee (5000), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 24, 2008 Bottle. Pale golden beer, thick white head. Aroma is quite malty. Pale malt and a soft herbal hoppy aroma. Flavour is quite clean and well-attenuated. Light crackery malts, herbal hops and a fairly herbal bitterness. Well-hopped for the style. A bit metallic but overall fairly non-offensive and better than many of the "premium" beer in the same category. jbrus (4863), Delft, Netherlands

Yellow color, white head, good lace. Very sweet for a lager, light bitter, grainy, hints of apple. Medium body and mouthfeel. Not really bad. JPDIPSO (4904), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA

A beer that has set in my cooler far too long, something about a liter of Russian lager in a plastic bottle has not pulled me in. Golden color with a diminished off-white head. Caramel, fresh wood, popcorn, and flour scents. Fairly heavy and lifeless feel. Glue and toasted walnut flavors. Fairly dry in the finish. Some more nutty flavors in the linger. A light lager with some interesting vienna components.
