Commercial Description:
Cask; Special - May & June. Also seen as Buntingford Tomahawk.
Pale beer, brewed with Tomahawk hops from the USA. Almost lager like in it's taste, this is a strong yet refreshing summer beer.

Golden colour, slightly cloudy. Big hop aroma, but rather sharp and yeasty. The flavours were a little muddy, although relatively clean and crisp. Not in peak condition, I think. Cask, Willoughby Arms, Little Bytham, Lincolnshire. Beers from Buntingford Brewery have been made at Belvoir while Buntingford moves premises. During this period, the beers often appear as "The Banfield Collection", but this was listed as Buntingford when I had it.

Cask Conditioned, White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks. Beer Festival Day 2 of 4, beer 12. A decent bitter, well hopped.
