Amber with a lasting off-white head. Weak fruity and grassy aroma. Sweetish fruity flavour with grassy hops, and a great, bitter finish

Cask at GBBF 2009. OK, this was the last beer of the day, and I’d had a run of unimpressive of UK cask beers, but this was one I really liked and remembered. Gold colour, lasting cream head. Some peppery hops, decent malts. Good hoppy finish. Impressive one off brew I thought.

Cask@GBBF2009. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, grass, some fruits and also quite big on the maltyness. Flavour is much the same with some slight nutty and earthy notes. Smoothly balanced.

Cask@GBBF 2009. Amber color, steady creamy off-white head. Nutty hoppy aroma. Flavor has green apple and wood. Finish is a bit woody hoppy and dry. Quite ok, balanced session ale.
