| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 15, 2004 The beer after its dislodging from the 330 ml brown bottle sets a nebulous lemon yellow it a modest sized head that is bright white in color and creamy in texture, and the resultant lace a thin sheet to obscure the glass. Nose is that of sweet over ripe apple, refreshing and clean to the senses, start quite sweet with a bit of malt, light top. Finish is meek in its acidity, the hops sparing and the aftertaste dry and sweet, a nice refreshing change of pace.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2005 (Bottle 25 cl) Pale golden, slightly hazy beer with a very white head leaving a pretty lacework. Very pronounced notes of apple. Slightly sweet with some perfumy touches. But very drinkable also, and actually wellmade. An excellent aperitif I reckon. Wonder what the base beer is? | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Feb 25, 2005 Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a nice bubbly head that disappeared a tad too fast – the appearance is similar to a wit. Aroma is dominated by apples, very sweet and not sour at all which is probably due to the fact that syrup was used. Taste is very refreshing but malt and hops are not distinguishable. Overall, I would say that this is better then some of the other Belgian fruit syrup beers out there. bu11zeye (5675), Frisco, Texas, USA

Couldn’t find any information in their site about this one. The label says Corman Collins but i don’t think BAP is really produced by them. Other site on the internet says it’s made by Du Bock. I’ll investigate better... Hazy yellow colour with a medium white head, mostly diminishing. Sweet apple aroma, just like an apple juice. Not much carbonation. Nice apple flavour, not much intense or sweet, with hints of pear and banana. Must be very fresh otherwise it will become too much sweet. Different and overall good.
