Pitch pour with a soapy, small-bubbled light brown head. Crisp, sharp attack, dry and roasty taste with nice burned notes and light bitterness. Faint strokes of caramel and hops, with a dash of lactose. Carbonation is a bit of a negative here for me - a little too intense - but after sitting a while, the sting subsides and allows the rich chocolate notes to shine through. Aftertaste is dry, lightly toasted, with slight sour notes. Stylish! Medium body but extremely, extremely drinkable; the contents of the bomber just disappeared, where did they go? bager (2121), Copenhagen N, Denmark
