| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 13, 2007 22 oz bottle. Pours a clear light brown body under a two finger foamy and craggy off-white head that slowly receded. The nose is quite light with a touch of English hops and some crackery toasted malt. A little nuttiness and grainy notes. Light, slightly grainy, dry malt leads off with a slight bitterness on the finish. Quite Mild indeed. Mouthfeel is light bodied and thin, but not overly watery. Moderate prickly carbonation. Overall, a pretty decent MIild. It’s nice to be able to try a fresh Mild every now and then, avoiding the ravages of the trip across the pond from England. kimcgolf (832), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 3, 2007 Was poured from the bottle during a recent tasting at the brewery. Appearance was a clear amber, with a tan head that lingered well and left okay lacing. Malted candy aroma, with a touch of grainy hop. Mouthfeel a somewhat tingly bittersweet, and the flavor followed along the sweet malt candy trail. Nice tasty finish of medium duration.
\Would make a good session beer. cbeers21 (570), Miami, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Dark brown copper with lasting head. Light flowery hops and subtle roasted malts invade the nose, with touches of vanilla, chocolate and distant whispers of citrus. The taste itself is a malty, faintly hoppy, faintly watery brew. I was a bit surprised, but not displeased. MrBendo (1043), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA

Aroma of caramel and grain. Taste brings in some grassy hops. Very deep caramel, almost toffee taste. Although I haven’t had many milds, this one seems to fit the style description in every possible way. Drew (2409), Kent, Ohio, USA

Taste is smooth, not too much carbonation (on purpose or not?), mellow malty flavor, caramel, toasty, small bitterness at the finish. (thanks Paul K.) dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
