Drew (2375), Kent, Ohio, USA Jun 13, 2007 Well, this one did better than the "True Blue" - a moderate amount of peach aroma, along with herbal/perfume. Taste was malty in the middle with peach syrupy sweetness along the sides. Body was thin, soft carbonation, kind of watery. Didn’t taste like they used real peach.
Beerded_one (1570), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 1, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light brown with a thin beigh head. Sweet peach aroma with sweet malts and floral hops. Flavor is thin bodied and follows the aroma with a light hop presence Angeloregon (1829), Portland, Oregon, USA Jan 1, 2008 From a 22-oz. bottle returned from Bar Harbor, ME--Poured a light copper body with lots of haze and nasty chunkage. Big white head that quickly settled. Nose of artificial peach nose that is apparent in flavor. Big oxidation in this beer. Gnarly and nasty. Quite bad. kimcgolf (657), Dacula, Georgia, USA Aug 3, 2007 Hard to believe I go from Georgia to visit Maine, where I drink my first peach flavored beer. Poured from the bottle to a light amber color with a thin off-white head that dissipated qquickly and left little lacing. Aroma was a very dominant, sweet peach, and the mouthfeel was sweet and slightly tingly. Flavor was peachy as the name implies, but a little too much on the syrupy sweet side for my liking. Finish was pleasant at first, but in the end, the sweetness came to rule a little too strongly.
A nice novelty, but I couldn’t make it a regular. danfosha (36), Denver, Colorado, USA Jul 27, 2007 Easy drinker, not much too think about here. Light, inconspicuous taste, hints of peach, but not too much sweetness. I can see how this would go well with Mexican food.
