From a bottle poured a light amber color with a fair amount of head. Nice slightly tart citrusy flavor with a lingering finish.

Bottle: Poured a golden with a white head. The aroma is sweet with fruit and honeycomb. The taste is bitter with honey and fruit, however it warms up the palate the bitterness remains.

bright yellow/orange pour. Aroma is quite nice! Some nice apples, pears, peach, and some interesting floral/honey/banana esters. The yeast really went to town on this one. Flavor sadly isn’t as interesting. It’s very sweet, and a touch cloying, there honey comes through in the slight syrupiness, and there is some booze int he finish. There is an odd bitter pear in the flavor that i can’t shake, and it really taking away from the beer. shame.

Bottle, 330ml. A golden colour with a small head. Aroma of overly sweet, artificial honey with some peach notes. Taste has some hop bitterness, spices, honey, citrus and a touch of malt. Different, but not terribly exciting.

Bottle @ ’t Einde van de beschaving, Ghent. Nose is very sweet and indeed, honey. Aroma’s are hidden by the sweetness, but there is some bitterness in the end. I found this not interesting enough but it does have lots of flavour.
