Huge floral nose, spicy fruity honey notes. Deep translucent yellow gold color, small, but tight head, good lacing. Sweetness is deep and complex, wildflower honey, blueberry essence, spices; it has a mild bitterness, but works well for balance. The carbonation is tight, medium to full mouth feel, long floral finish. Unique and excellent beer, very delicate.

Oct 10, 2008 Erős vallon mézes ale.Szép narancssárga színű "tapadós" tartós habú ital.Illata virágos,mézes,mazsola szőlős.Az első kortyban már van valami kellemes komlós keserűség,amit utána elnyom egy finom mézes édesség és szőlőmustos íz.Utóíze kellemesen kesernyés és hosszan tartó.Remek ital!

Orange body with creamy white head. Spotty lace. Nose of alcohol, yeast and oranges. Flavor of bread dough and hints of fruit with a touch of pepper and nutmeg.

Sep 17, 2008 Courtesy SoLan. The body is a hazy and glowing orange-gold with a small, foamy, off-white head. Runny legging and sudsy spots of lace mark the glass. The aroma features honey prominently, alongside candied orange peel and subtle coriander. The underlying malt base shows sweet and creamy toffee notes. Flavors are again sweet, honey and candy sugar as the staples, with delicate spicing from the aforementioned elements lending depth and complexity. The yeast imparts a creamy, semi-dry feel throughout. Less substantial in palate than one would expect for a beer this sweet, but that is a good thing as any cloying stickiness is avoided. Carbonation is moderate. Not my favorite style, but overall this is a pretty solid brew.
