33cl bottle poured into a tulip glass. Clear golden with ample creamy white head. Aroma is biscuit, spice, candy, honey. Flavor is honey, citrus, some spice. Finish is sweet and a bit acidic. Interesting brew.

Nov 28, 2009 Bottle from Mr Lawrence wine merchants, Brockley. Drank from the Barbar frosted glass. Pours a cloudy orange, maybe unsurprisingly a ’honey’ colour with no discernable head. Aromas of citrus, honey (of course), candi sugars, strawberries, nice fruity aromas. Flavours of honey, banana, toasted bread, caramel. Finishes nice and sweet with only a slight bitterness. Refreshing.
