Taste-high sharp CO2, the smell of dog biscuits, grapey, metal, husk, light coriander, maybe just a hint of orange zest, cola, banana. Tastes like Ziegen Bock fermented with Belgian Yeast. Rich, malty and sweet brew with some brown sugar elements, besides the honey. It was immediately tasty, but I couldn’t hang for the whole mug. Too sweet for me. Warming. Good for the holidays, I reckon. Dedollewaitor (3773), Odense, Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 21, 2007 Bottle. Unclear, deep brown body, with a beige head. Sweetish nose with some tea, quite fruity. Nice flavor as well, with fruits, tea, heather (?) and candisugar. Medium body. The finish has tea, fruityness, roastiness and some heater. A bit strange for a bock, but nice anyway. (070809)
