(on bottle) Amber, dar, beige head. What an odd an weird sent of coconut, later some fruits(dried), malts and a irritating aftershave-like alcohol aroma. Lots of prunesweetness, diden´t get the honey until very late. Nice malty finish, but also a nice alcoholkick at the very finish.

Bottled: Dark amber coloured. Fluffy beige head. Malty and fruity aroma. Has some distinct spicy notes. Flavour is very spiced and fruity. Has a light caramel touch. Is quite light bodied without being thin and watery. Quite like this.

Burgundy coloured with a rich head. Sweetish aroma with a touch of marzipan. Rich, sweet and warming flavour, the alcohol shows up in the finish. Drinkable but not outstanding. Why is it listed as a Bock?

Head is initially large, frothy, light brown, mostly lasting. Body is hazy dark brown, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, nuts, cookie, toasted bread), moderately yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of banana, clove, coriander, raisin. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Very nice stuff. Attractive and reasonably deep aroma, very good flavor balance, pretty clean, nice Lefebvre yeast, etc.

The gas in this one feels like the gas of soft drinks. Big bubbles. The honey really comes through giving this a nice sweetness. The best honey beer I have experienced, often the honey is just too much, but not here...

Dark. Quite malty flavour. No significant finish. Very smooth and a bit watery. The alcohol is very well hidden.
