Draught at BBF07. Banana aroma. The flavour also has some banana, quite OK. Good and flavourful, even süffig.

This draft brew from the Mirabell restaurant in Chicago poured a small sized head of unnoted finely sized mostly lasting off-white colored bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body contained no visible carbonation, was semi-transparent and brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of malty and was very mild. Its mouth feel is initially slightly tingly smooth malt with a lingering slightly tingly palate and a malty aftertaste. Its flavor contained dark beer brown malts notes.

on tap at the berlinerbierfest04. not very dunkel, more like amber. bacon and pear aroma. some apple flavours, lightly smoky with some burnt stonefruits. some sourness in the finish. very tasty and original. a nice way for me to start the bierfest
