| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 31, 2007 Pours amber with medium, short lived head. Aroma is earthy and faintly fresh like flowing water. Flavor is nondescript with faint toast and tangy hop predominant. Palate is watery but fizzy enough to keep your interest. If this is what they drank during the gold rush, I’d get back to panning so I could buy better beer. RSRIZZO (1369), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Oct 9, 2007 Had this beer on 3/27/2001. Aroma is a rich sweet malt scent. Color is a deep gold light carbonation and head. Taste rich with a sharp finish. Starting with a medium body it goes down sharp. Finish is a somewhat rich malt flavor with a sharp bite on the end. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Oct 9, 2007 12oz bottle-A dark golden/light amber body with a small ring for a head. It has an aroma of an old beer. Taste of floral with some roasted malt with a bitter finish. Not the worst. robertsreality (2460), Minnesota, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 6, 2007 Amber Orange Color with Off White Ring. Very Subtle Malt Aroma. Light Caramel Malt. Very Light Flavor. Clean Crisp and Carbonated. Almost a Creamy Soda Take to it. Very Light Beer, Although What I would Imagine Old Homebrew to be Like. TheBeerCollector (548), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 5, 2007 Pours a hazy golden brown with a minimal white head. Strange aroma that I can’t place. Watery mouthfeel, low carbonation and a taste of raisins make this one a strange but forgettable experience. zathrus13 (1314), Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 6, 2007 Pours amber/borwn, with a white head. Aroma is sweet, with malt and fruit. Flavor is much the same. Seems more like a cider. Low carbonation. Thanks to luiss for this bottle. pjk33 (384), Sligo - Curllsville Heights, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 31, 2007 Bottle. This was in a group of American beers that my sister bought me for Christmas. Pours an amber color with a nice big head. Nose is like a bad, corn based beer with nothing interesting about it at all. Pabst smells better. Taste is sweet corn... a little malt and no hops at all...Ok, I guess, but no mouthfeel at all. Below average. RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Apr 29, 2007 Dark amber pour with a thin white head. Malty, lightly fruity aroma ... not much else in the nose. Flavor is subtle sweet malt with a hint of caramel. Really no discernable hop character. Thin bodied. Meh. An okay session beer, I suppose.
