Feb 1, 2007 On draught @ Busch Gardens Tampa,Fl. Pours opaque black with a inch thick tan head that settles like Guiness. Roasted malt and coffee aroma. Good roasted malt and slight chocolate flavor with very little dark malt tannin and mild bitterness. Over all this is a very good beer.

Jan 28, 2007 A PRIME example of beer snobs vrs. beer junkies. If this wasn’t an AB product, it would be ranked much higher. Best beer AB makes, by far.
One of the best Irish stouts out there. Coffee nose with moderate roast malt and mild chocolate flavors. Thick, crreamy, long lasting head.
BETTER than Guiness.

Jan 21, 2007 On tap the Wachovia Center. Black in color with creamy tan head. This stout had little aroma at all. Flavor was mild malts with a bitter finish. Nothing exciting here. The creamy head was long lasting and did help to counter the mild flavor and thin body.
