Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is green apples, dry appels. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dry finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090804]

From the Bottle at Chris O’s 05/08/2009 Fruity aroma. Some carbonation. Silver coloured a little hazy in appearance and fruity with a crisp and slightly dry finish.

Cloudy pale yellow ith a small white head. Weak aroma of apple peel with a funky touch. Dry and slightly tart apple flavour, somewhat thin

Bottled. Yellow golden colour, some small white head. Aroma is sour apple, some wood and mild vanilla. Flavour the same. much more mellow than the 6.3% version.
