Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is green apples, appels, light perfume. Flavor is moderate sweet and vinegar with a average duration, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090804]

From the Bottle at Chris O’s 05/08/2009 Fruit and some spiced aroma. Low carbonation. Golden coloured and fruity with a little dryness in a crisp finish.

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of apples, with funky notes, some oak, and vineous alcohol. Dry and slightly tart apple flavour with wooden notes

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is vinegar, apples, some wood and mild sourness, Flavour is alcohol, some apples and mild vinegary notes. Very dry, but short aftertaste.
