Bottle at Chris_O’s 19th April 2008 tasting. Cloudy yellow in appearance. You’d expect that. Smells of cheesy socks. You wouldn’t expect that. Luckily, tastes like a good perry should and is smooth and drinkable. Ok overall.

A Mes rate: bottle at Chris_O’s Ha Ha Ha Ha Gimme the Cheese Tasting.
Pale gold colour. If it was cheese the aroma would be an 8 but it’s not. Perry is not meant to smell of cheese. Oddly appealing though. Really nice juicy flavour with loads of sweet pear. Really interesting. I love Barearts. They’re just so random. It’s one dimensional for sure but it’s really rather lovely.

Pours clear yellow-golden with no head. Aroma is softly sweet perry with green apples behind it. Some woodiness. Okay carbonation. Flavour has no trace of the high ABV, nice dry apples and a touch of perrry sweetness. Rather nice.
