Dark brown coloured, medium sized beige head, light caramel chocolate nose. The taste is also mild caramel, chocolaty and light roasty with notes of nutts and vanilla (maybe). Short slightly bitter finish.

Aug 9, 2008 (6/27/08) Bottle in Plzen (thanks asheft!). Dark reddish-amber with a beige head. Aroma is malty and sweet, a bit sugary, with some caramel. Sweetish caramelly flavor with some maltiness. Medium-bodied.

Jul 13, 2008 On tap at Barfusser Brauhaus, Nurnberg. Gassed Cola Brown with no head. Tasting like cheap supermarket cola this is a very poor beer. Some charcoal in the malt but otherwise over sweet rubbish.

Pours deep mahogany with a nice, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is softly sweet, light chocolate and weak roasty notes. Nice low carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is quite sweet, lightly roasted, some fresh caramel. Okay balanced, though a touch too sweet for me.
