(Bottled, 1.0l, BBE12/12/2009, 5.2% ABV) Slightly hazy greenish yellow color with a medium, firm and lacy head. Aroma of sourish lemon, grassy-herby hops, honeyish malt. Flavor of herby hops, yeast, and sweetish, white-bready malt. Almost medium body with quite high, but soft carbonation. A very traditional, clean, herby and sweetish German pilsener.

Jul 30, 2009 Cloudy yellow, fine pearling carbonation lace. Light fruity yeast nose, hint of grass. Medium to light body, Sparkly mouthfeel. Flavor is slightly spongy, yeasty and green. Bready and marmite aftertaste.

Aug 30, 2008 Tap at Neu-Ulm. Barnyard and creamy barley malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with moderate head. Creamy barley malt flavor with light grassy hops finish. A very nice beer.

Fresh hops in the nose. Clear yellow with dense white foam. Sweet...too sweet malt with very low hops bitterness. Some corn. Medium body, cloying sweetness, surprisingly clean finish.

Aug 9, 2008 (6/27/08) Bottle in Plzen (thanks asheft!). Clear golden with a big white head. Aroma has some grainy cereal. Sweet grainy flavor, slightly drier in the finish. Light-bodied.

Jul 13, 2008 On tap at Barfusser Brewpub, Nurnberg. Pale gold / straw with thin white head. Had the worst 2 beers of the whole trip at this over priced brewpub, poor amateurish beer, over gassed, thin, cheap adjuncty malt, cereal. Terrible.

Jul 11, 2008 Bottle @ Vinarna Hrozen.
Pours a clear, slightly green golden. A nice, big, creamy, white head. Aroma is powerfully grainy, some hay-like hops. Okay mouthfeel, but a little thin. Flavour is very sweet, bread, grainy and brewing cereal. Far too sweet.
