Commercial Description: Pale Ale is nearly always on tap at Barker. Our main challenge is to keep up with our appreciative customers. Sometimes in the traditional English style, sometimes an American rendition, always complex and crisp with a floral hop nose. Malt and hops complement each other in the mouth; a clean but lingering finish makes this a beer to stand up to our most flavorful menu items.
