Sep 9, 2008 Plastic cask at GBBF08. OK acidic aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Rough flavour, quite dry. A bit like bitter lemon juice.

Nov 6, 2007 Takeaway from the Piglet BF. Golden in colour. Slightly vinous, apple, cinnamon nose. Sweet yet tart with some hay/barnyard notes. Nothing amazing but very juicy, clean and easily drinking with none of the usual medicinal tones. I quite enjoyed it.

Thanks again to Terry Tibbs for bringing this one back. Standard cider looks. Sweet, almost buttery aroma with some fairly clear alcohol. Pretty dull flavour. Tangy sweetness is really not my thing. Thankfully it is washed away by a nice lingering dryness, Very drinkable and mellow.

Jul 10, 2007 Bon Accord. Aroma is cider vinigar, really ripe apples. Taste is similar hints of nuttyness, nutmeg, amd cardboard. The bag in box was just sitting on the back bar so served at room temp.
