Cask Stillage at the GBBF Earl’s Court, London 09/08/2008 (As Medium Dry Cider ABV 7.1%) Fruit aroma. Clear golden coloured and fruity with a crisp and dry lasting finish.

Pale yellow with no head. Aroma of apple and biscuits. Sweet and slightly tart apple flavour.

Cloudy golden with no head. Dry aroma with sourish apples. Sour flavor with apples and wood. Dry finish.

A Mes rate: barrel at GBBF.
Pale yellow and slightly hazy. Rather crude and raw aroma with some off appley notes. A little better in the flavour but it’s really only saved by a hint of freshness in the finish. Sour but not in a particularly good way. Low level of sweetness for a medium. Nothing too special.

GBBF2008 (as BArkers Medium Dry Cider). Pale yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is apples, dry wood and some mild notes of acidicness. Flavour is mildly acidic and sour apples with nothing much else going on.

GBBF 2007. A hazy golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with acidic notes of apples. The flavor is acidic with strong notes of apples, leading to a dry, tart, and acidic finish.
