Medium dark straw color, small fast fading head.Malty sweet aroma with a hint of almond and barely detectable honey.Light malty taste mildly sweet the honey doesn't show itself at all but the almond does make a mild appearance. This isn't quite they way they build this brew up to be for flavor but it is fairly decent and drinkable. The after taste is lightly sweet malt with just a very slight hint of the almond.

Could have been good if it was not made into a light beer. Way to watery and soda popish. I like the honey in it and the almonds (which I did taste) but it was so week it was a wasted oputuinity for something unique. I would have to pass on this one if offered it again. Smelled decent

Autumn Brew Review 2004. Very light yellow color with no head. A little honey in the aroma. Decent enough nut taste with a bit of sweetness. Not great, but not nearly as bad as what I was expecting.

Bottle. Golden amber color with no head. A surprisingly strong honey and almond nut flavor. It was almost as if they poured syrup into each bottle, as it did not appear natural. The aroma was nice and it had a pleasant flavor. A toast to a drinkable American Light beer.

I swear to GOD, I didn’t see "Cold Spring, MN" on the label when I hurriedly purchased this... I’ve Been Glueked!!!! (Thanks for coining that phrase, Carl.) Well, this world-class brewer lives up to its reputation again. This pours with a weak amber body, mostly dead under a head so fast I couldn’t determine its color. Aromas are marzipan, coffeecake, honey, yellow apple... overall sweet and rather strange. Flavor finds a dull lager under Honey-Nut breakfast cereal with a weak cloy, while the palate is thin and dull with a mild grapeskin finish. Sadly, this is one of Gluek’s better beers.

Kind of reminsicent of a paler version of honey brown, has that breakfast cereal, honeycomb kind of taste to it. Light almond and honey with some biscuity notes, but overall watery and malty and too light, but surprisingly easy to drink.

Slightly hazed yellowish appearance, decent carbonation, moderate head formation. Strong sweet, honey, toffee aroma. Lots of toffee and caramel on the palate, very sweet, not much balance.
