Ruby brown color, very dark for a nut brown. Good head retention and fair lacing. The nose is weak with only a touch of malts & piney hops. The flavor is watery with a touch of chocolate and roast. Good flavors, but watery finish, not enough body. Licorice?

on tap-pours a light tan head and brownish/red color. Aroma is barnyard, sweet medium/dark malt-some caramel/chocolate. Taste is barnyard, sweet medium/dark malt-some caramel/chocolate, peat?, huskiness, some fruit, secondary/faint hops. OK/mild carbonation.

This was an overcarbonated nightmare of a beer, sweetly malty with monster caramel flavors, light watery body, cardboard, and just a hint of hoppiness that is muddled down like everything else in this one. Bland

On tap at Barley Browns in Baker City, OR--Amber-copper light bodied beer with a small foamy beige white head. Malty, sticky, hoppy thin clean finish. Crisp, mild bitterness.

Dark mahogany with a light head and spotty lacing. Crystal malts in the nose with a sour note. Slightly nutty. Nutty and malty flavors with some fruits and bitter hops. Smooth and oily, almost slick. Finishes malty.
