Sampled draught at Barley Brown’s in Baker City, OR
Dark black, tan head, nice lacing. Nose if sweet and roasty with some char and pepper noticable. The flavor is creamy and balanced, slightly astringent and bitter with some mineral taste to the finish. Enough hop character to even the score.

This was a nice surprise, very dry, but quite tasty. I love a good coffee stout, and this was not one of the best, but was still quite enjoyable. Richly roasty, with some light smokiness and some on par acidity. Creamy, and roasty, with some nice coffee and chocolate flavors.

Black with a fast head of tan and small spotty lacing. Strong roast and black patent malts. Coffee and bitter hops. Mild roast flavors along with the coffee. A small fruit and bitter hop presence. Nice palate, but mild finish leaves one wanting more.

Deep dark colored body. Great big coffee scents with a little chocolate thrown in. Flavor was typically stout with a huge presence of roasted malts and finished with great coffee taste.
