Bottle at Beer Bistro. Appearance: champagne yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma: almost saison like - bitter, salty, lemon, wheat, hops. Flavour: nice and spicy, hops, salt, grass with a nice malty tangy finish. I’m pleasantly surprised.

Draught. At C’Est What Spring Fest. Pale gold with a large creamy/fluffy lasting white head. Dry aroma of coriander, banana, pear and candi sugar, quite floral. Fruity taste, with balancing strong coriander and pungent floral bitterness. Surprisingly thick mouthfeel, intensely yeasty, spicy with a long linger - "light"? how is this light??? It is, however, pretty damned good - surprise of the fest for me. I can’t believe I’m saying this, based on past experience, but - well done!

On tap C’est What Spring Fest 2009. Light yellow, small white head. Fruity light malt aroma - pleasant. Nice taste - light malt, light hops, refreshing. An excellent summer beer. I do not think it should be classified as a mild ale. The surprise of the fest for me!

On tap @ C’est What Spring Fest. Aroma has a good level of malt, mild hops too, Light yellow, small white head. Taste is a lighter malt than the nose, with some pleasing bready, cookie notes. Light bodied, quite drinkable. A very good offering, nice session ale!

On tap at C’est What - came an almost clear straw gold with a good thick white head. Aroma quite yeasty, and a bit of sweet malt. Flavour beautiful, and almost wit-like. Yeast, green apple, a very mild touch of green hop....nice. Faint bitterness in the finish. Very, very nice light summer beer for the strength. Would have this often.

A beer that the brewery has constantly refined! Saaz hops through the flavour and aroma. Two row Canadian malt and wheat malt in the grain bill.

[1710-20080916] Tap. Hoppy citrus grass aroma has some bread yeast. Clear, golden orange body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Yeasty bready citrus flavour finishes long and bitter and grainy. Light-medium body. A particularly refreshing pint after cycling +30km that day...

Draught at Volo. Light, bright gold with a good sized white head. Aroma and flavour are both light and fresh, with not-too-sweet malt and more hops than I expected. A really nice summer beer - and at 3.5%, super-sessionable.
