Pleasant aroma and average mouthfeel. The taste is most refreshing grapefruit, perhaps a bit of orange from the orange peel. The Saaz works, he carbonation is right there. The malting works. It is slightly yeasty.

Pours a hazy pale gold with an average size foamy white head. Aroma of lemon foremost followed by other fruit, yeast, herbs and spices. Flavour is yeasty and citrusy along with wheat, herbs and light floral hops. Average bodied. Quite good, easy to drink and nice tasting. Appearance: light haze , golden amber look , mid plus white shaded top. Some lace. 3+ Nose: citric , fresh , clean nose , golden malts , bit dusty hint. Overall good aroma. 6+ Flavor/Palate : mild ,soft yeasty with dry carbonation , bit citric , wheat , coriander. Drinkable , light ale.

Large sized foamy white head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, sweet and spicy. A medium bodied Belgian Wit. The malts are fruity and sweet. Touch of coriander and orange peel. The hops are floral and spicy. Light and refreshing. Nice crisp and dry finish. Perhaps a touch of pepper at the finish as well. Nice beer. A hazy pale to medium yellow beer with a large and almost fully lasting white head. The aroma is quite malty and wheaty, lightly hoppy and yeasty, with notes of citrus and coriander. The flavour is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. About medium body, lively carbonation, average to lung duration finish with light to medium bitterness. An interesting witbier, quite true to style. Very refreshing in this season.
