| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 28, 2004 Pours a cloudy hazy golden with thin white head. A touch of wheat, citrus and coriander in the aroma, but with the strange presence of chicken broth. Starts full (for a witbier at least) and semi-sweet with a touch of dry orange peel. Finishes crisp and semi-dry. Thanks atpayne. Cletus (5060), Connecticut, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 7, 2006 I almost subtracted points for appearance, since this poured such a clear straw color. With a one-fingered head. Quite an aromatic nose, soft wheat, oranges, a hint of banana and bubblegum (?), a dash of corriander, and some other spices at work. Soft and smooth in the mouth. The wheat/banana/bubblegum/orange blend continues in the flavor along with corriander, clove, and other spices. It finishes on a mildly lemon-tart note. If I was rating purely for style, I’d subtract points, fur shoor, but I found this to be a refreshing, tasty brew, even if it is a hefeweizen/wit hybrid. Good fare for the warm weather that’s just passed for the year.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 1, 2005 Bottle. Hazy light yellow color with a huge white head that was lasting with good lacing. Good sweet wheat aroma. Light to medium body. Good sweet spice flavor. Soft refreshing brew. heemer77 (4312), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 10, 2008 Hazy medium gold with a bright white head. Sweet banana bread, with some almonds. This is a pleasant, sweet smelling brew. The taste is typical wit with some flat Sprite and corriander notes. There is a little bit of bread crust with some bananas in the finish. A decent wit, but pretty boring. BBB63 (4283), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 18, 2005 Bottle and served in a pint glass: Clean straw color with a small fading head and some lace. The aroma has notes of lemon, sweet malt, a hint of clove and orange peel, and a wheat ester. The taste is a straight forward citric and wheat overtone with a light spice background. Ever similiar to Upland Wheat Ale but not as refreshing. An okay brew, would like to try on a hot summer daze.
