Dec 31, 2005 Hazy Gold Coloring with Good White Head. One in a Series of Hop Profiled Ales over Summer of ’05. Nice Base of Clean Malt to Showcase Crystal Hops. Light Citrus. Very Drinkable.

Jul 9, 2005 Mudled and cloudy golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of dry hops (can hops smell dry?) and some lemon. A moderately malty base with loads of hops on top of it. A strong hit of pine, but not to Pine Sol levels. Bitter start, middle, and finish. Damn fine brew.
