Nov 5, 2009 Light golden pour with white head, very lager like in smell and taste, with not much overall body to it. Bready, floral, and crisp at the end. Leaves some to be desired.

Oct 28, 2009 Tap @ Brewpub: Pours light golden with a modest white head. Some light florals and moderate malt in the nose, but rather mild in smell. Tastes light in floral bitters with somewhat an abrupt and crisp ending. Lightly bitter overall, but not much going on here.

Jul 26, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. Dark copper with a nice laceing white head. Malty and a little bready. Flavor seemed a bit off, there was some butteriness in there.

May 27, 2009 On tap at Barley Johns on 05/26/2009. Very clear copper body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet graham cracker aroma with some faint floral hops. Sweet gram cracker flavor with light floral hops. Medium full body with moderate carbonation.

Feb 15, 2009 Winterfest 2009 - On cask, Poured a gold. The nose was quite floral with a lot of hops. Comes across the palate rather weak and disappointing. I was expecting a bigger bitter bite and yet it was watery. I was not impressed.

Jan 14, 2009 Tap @ the brewpub. Comes to the table with a clear dark golden color. The clarity allows one to see the carbonation bubbles just flying through the beer. On top of that is a thick, glorious, foamy, non-fading head. It looks pillow-y and as you drink the beer it leaves a sticky lacing on the side of the glass. Really the head makes this look amazing. The beer is brightly hopped, not sure how to describe it, not American but strong. The aroma also has a light malt creaminess to it. Taste is similarly a hopped up flavor and it is all easy drinking, just quaff it down like nothing. Should really be a Pale Ale and not a Bitter.

Nov 26, 2008 Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. An odd bitterness, an OK aroma. Medium yellow with a bit of head. Low a.b.v. appreciated.Nicely carbonated. OK for its style or as a beer. Sweetish malt, though not rich. There are much better elements in the product line.
