750 ml bottle. An unclear deep golden beer with a medium sized and quite persistent white head. The aroma is well balnced between malt, hops and yeast and has notes of fruits (lemon, peach), spices, herbs, sugar and a hint of alcohol. The flavour is quite sweet, with light acidity. Perhaps more spicy than the aroma and again fruity. Clean. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, dry long finisgh with medium bitterness, some alcohol is felt. Well made Belgian style ale, though you can imagine that this beer is not brewed in Belgium. Overall very good.

750ml bottle @ AL REFETTORIO, Sardinia. Hazy orange body with a small, dense, white head. Light malty aroma with some lemon. Flavor is refreshing, light malty, some orange fruitiness, yeast, spices, a sharp bitterness and hint of alcohol. Very nice, refreshing and tasty in a hot summer day, not particular complex but tru to its style. Enjoyed this a lot after a week with mostly boring lagers.

Hazy golden with a thick creamy lasting head. Nose is subtle, a bit spoiled by a sulphur note, but spicy and a bit fruity nevertheless. Flavour starts with sweet honey, yellow fruits toward a beautiful dry slightly bitter end.

I forgot to note the appearance of a lot of beers. Anyway, aroma of tart grain, coriander, spice, hay, orange, and lemon. Tastes sweeter with grass, lemon, white chocolate, and wheat. Finishes with citrus wheat and lingering breadcrust. Medium bodied and easy going.
