Jul 22, 2002 Too flat and suurpy for my taste. It had carbonation bubbles but it still had that flat heavy taste to it. I will give it points for flavor and aroma because there was definitely a lot going on there.

Jul 21, 2002 Homebrewing at its finest. Certainly not Barley’s best offering but if their annual Homebrew Fest yields beers of this caliber I am going to make it a point to try them. Similar to an APA in color. Light hops aroma. Satisfyingly rich malt flavor. This beer definitely has character.

Jul 21, 2002 Not quite up there with Barleys other offerings but still a good beer. Very malty and sweet. Very little hop presence.

Jul 4, 2002 This beer was the winner of last year’s home brewmaster contest that they held and is currently on tap. It is a nice golden color with a decent white head which left some lace. Had some aroma of hops and slight aroma of malt. The taste was definately of hops, but not overpowering. The homebrewer, who’s batch was number 666 hence the name, did a good job.
