Thanks to hopdog for getting this hoppy nectar... Appears a pale light gold with a small white head that slowly fades out into a small cap. Lots of scattered lace is left all around the glass. Smell is of funky skunk, marijuana, earthy, hearbal, and citrusy. Taste is of the same skunky earth notes with bitter, organic herbs and mild citrus melding together. Mouthfeel is sugary, herbal, medium bodied, and chewy. This one is pretty good with a mix of herbal notes and light booziness.

Firkin. Pours a orange amber color with a small beige head that settles out. Aroma is nice, floral hops, sweet malt, grapefruit, other citrus. Flavor is sweet, more malts, grapefruit, orange, floral hops. Palate is full bodied, mild carbonation, sweet sticky finish. Good work .

Growler acquired in trade with OhioDad (thanks!). Poured a medium and lightly hazy golden color wtih an averaged sized white head. Aromas of stronger pine with some citrus and caramel. Tastes follow. Had a floral / hop leafiness to the tastes too. On the balance scale, this was definitely more hoppy than malty. Enjoyable (thanks Scott!).

Poured an orange amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus, toasted dough, caramel malts, and floral hops. Taste was dry, bitter, skunky herb, with light grapefruit, and slight alcohol in the finish. Really nice, somewhat different IIPA.

A bit of an alcohol nose when I opened the bottle of this, but once poured into a glass it has a very nice piney and citrus aroma that spills out, lots and lots of hops seem to be waiting for me. The colour is a mostly clear orange and there was a small quickly disappearing head. The flavour was well backed by some syrupy maltyness, but has a bunch of great hoppy taste. It’s like someone squeezed the juice out of some hops, reminiscent of a Bell’s hopslam but...could it be...a bit better?

Thanks to hopdog for sharing this growler. Pours a lightly hazy golden orange with an average off white creamy/bubbly head that sustained and left lots of spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine...like a whole handful of hop pellets. Hints of some caramel malts hidden in there as well. Flavor of upfront bitterness, grapefruit and pine. Not a whole lot of malt in there. Lacking the sweetness I was looking for in a Double IPA. Still great hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. Orange burps.

Growler: Poured a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Huge hop foward aroma of citrus and pine and then a big dirty sweaty hop aroma. The flavor was big with malt, hops and bitterness from the very start to the finish. Long bitter finish.
