Opaque dark straw colour with fast-falling head. Very wheaty, lemony aroma, with a little vanilla. Light body, quite tart and some limey notes alongside a dusty yeast note that I’d prefer wasn’t there. Refreshing. Definitely has potential, though I’d like to see a little more attenuation to bring the body down and acidity up.
