Commercial Description:
Kellerbier is an copper / dark brown colored beer with a thick, persistent head. The beers has a malty character lending it balance, resulting in a bittersweet character. The Kellerbier is a beer that has to be brewed and stored / lagered for a long period of time. The average time for age is roughly 4 months. The result is a very smooth full bodied beer that is crisp on easy to drink because of the lagering that is went through.

A true rare find in the states. Bronze with and interesting, hard to place aroma. Banana esters becoming undeniably relevant in aroma and to a lesser extent--in flavor. Barrel malt taste with a rather sour finish. A decent try.
