Apr 10, 2009 22oz’er. Smells fruity and malty. Cloudy amber with a small off white head. The taste is sweet bread dough with a roasty malt flavor. Very smooth, mild carbonation, thin mouth feel. This is a great brew from a great German style brewery, I’m happy this was available in Alaska.

Apr 1, 2009 On tap at Naked City. Pours amber with a small whitish head. Not much of a smell- what’s there is just malty. Bready caramel malt taste. Nice mouthfeel with a lingering malty finish.
