Commercial Description:
The Maibock has a copper golden color with a brilliant white head. The body showcases a clean sweet maltiness that is offset by just enough hops to balance it. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Clear amber with a white head. Lager yeasty malty sweet bread aromas. Medium body. lightly sweet bready malt flavors with honey. Nice. Draft@ Pillagers Pub.

22oz’er. Smells fruity and malty. Cloudy amber with a small off white head. The taste is sweet bread dough with a roasty malt flavor. Very smooth, mild carbonation, thin mouth feel. This is a great brew from a great German style brewery, I’m happy this was available in Alaska.

On tap at Naked City. Pours amber with a small whitish head. Not much of a smell- what’s there is just malty. Bready caramel malt taste. Nice mouthfeel with a lingering malty finish.
