A pleasant "Normandy" from the heart of rench cider country. Its nose was dry and musty. Aged in aroma. Pour was impressively dark and thick full head rival many beers. Flavor was dry. Dry, Dry, Dry. Very deep and complex with a hammering finish. Heavy. Overall, a pleasant Normandy that was actually reminiscent of English still ciders.

Bottled@HBF2005. Applejuice-deep-golden colour with no head. Aroma is rather sweet apples with some slight vanillaish and wooden notes. Flavour is the same along with some sourness too. Mediumdry. not much carbonation.

(750ml bottle) Virtually no head atop clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, apple juice, some green apple, oak. Taste is medium sweet, apple juice, a bit watery. Light body, some wateriness, virtually no carbonation.

Bottle- Pours pale yellow with lots of bubbles. Pretty fragrant with the floral fruit, and freshly cut granny smith apples. Like fresh apple juice. Very fresh tasting, and the carbonation always adds to the pleasure of these delicate ciders. Soft apple/flowers, with a touch of honey and minerality. A winner from this coder house.

Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is hazy medium yellow, unfiltered. Aroma is notes of apple, apple peel, oak. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy/lively carbonation. Was hoping this would have been a little more tart; it’s not as zingy/tasty as Dupont’s brut, but it does smell and taste clean and pure. Was also hoping for some interesting yeast character in the nose, but it does do well with what it has.

Cider is medium, murky orange-gold wih a small, quickly diminishing, white, frothy head.
The aroma is simple, but I’m charmed. Moderate-to-heavy with genuine apple, light note of smooh butterscotch or shorbread; Yeasty with light-to-moderate horseblanket and a trace of cheese.
The flavor is heavily sweet, lightly bitter lightly acidic with an average-length, lightly sweet, lightly-to-moderately acidic/dry finish.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.
I want to drink this all nigh.

cloudy orange color,no head to speak of,over ripe apple aroma with a slight barnyard smell coming through as well. The taste is kind of like over ripe apples with a slight barnyardesque taste that shows up slightly. The after taste is apple with a very dry feel to it.Over all not bad but i think there are better out there.
